As with any shipping service, USPS, FedEx, and UPS does have delays for various reasons, ESPECIALLY WITH THE COVID-19 ISSUES HAPPENING RIGHT NOW. We have no control over this, and we do not guarantee any shipping companies performance under any circumstance, as they aren't guaranteeing their own performance right now.
Your order will be fulfilled within 30 minutes if ordered during business hours, or if you order after hours, the next business morning. USPS picks up from our warehouse @ 9am, Noon, & 4pm Mon-Fri MST and 9am & 2pm MST on Saturdays. If you order AFTER these timeframes it will go out with the next posted USPS pickup.
FedEx Picks up Mon-Fri @ 10am & 3PM. If you order after this, it will go out the next business day.

Once it is in USPS or FedEx hands, please refer to your USPS or FedEx tracking info for details. If you have questions about your shipment after it leaves our warehouse, you will need to contact USPS directly @ 800-275-8777 or USPS.com or FedEx @ FedEx.com.
If you need your shipment faster, please make sure to select Expedited Processing & Shipping for the additional $5.99 or select FedEx Express for $19.99. Again, these are non-guaranteed timeframes, but the high majority of orders show up within the specified timeframe of your selection at checkout.
We ship out thousands of orders each month, and do not have the ability to contact USPS or FedEx for late deliveries. If it's lost, we'll be more than happy to resolve, but that has happened just 5 times in over 400,000+ orders or less than 1/100th of a %. When a delay occurs, its typically 1 or 2 days later than the specified timeframe. Your USPS/FedEx tracking, that is provided on every order, is the same info that we have, so please make sure to refer to it as we have no additional info***
